The college offers accredited undergraduate programme in:

6501R024 Hotel Management (Bc.)

 

Graduates from this field will be qualified not only for higher posts in hotels or hotel chains, but also for starting their own business.

 

Information about Study

The fundamental theory of this program is based on economic disciplines. The emphasis is especially placed on microeconomics, macroeconomics, international marketing and management subjects such as hotel -, food and beverage - and tourism management. In addition, professional education is achieved in such subjects as information and booking systems, animation, distributional systems and foreign languages.

The basis of the study is the connection between the gained theory and its examining and extending during the training.    

Each graduate receives the attachment to the diploma written in the foreign language.

 

Study Programmes

The bachelor full-time study, planned for three years, offers either a very good chance at the job market or enables to continue in the following years. During the study, the students receive credits - called ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) in order to increase their mobility.

 

Tuition Fees

VŠOH is a private college. The tuition fees are set for every academic year.

 

Admission Rules

The secondary school – leaving exam has to be passed by the applicants before the enrolment for studies. The decision on the acceptance or rejection of applicants will be made by the chancellor.

The admission exam results will be announced on the Internet and on the separate notice board.

Applications for the studies

Submitting a properly filled written application form to the college by the set deadline is the condition for starting the admission procedure.

According to the free capacity, the Faculty will accept the application forms during the whole year. The applicants must apply via the written form using the classical printed version of the company SEVT.
